Microsoft 365 is Microsoft’s cloud-based suite of productivity tools designed to help
professionals work smarter and collaborate more effectively. It includes the well-known Office
apps of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as collaboration and productivity tools such as
Teams, Planner, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Copilot. These cloud-based apps
allow users to access files and content securely from anywhere, enabling real-time
collaboration and improved productivity in the workplace.
