Samoa Digital Training Hub

Terms and Conditions (effective as of 26th January 2026)

By registering for any course offered by Samoa Digital Training Hub, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Course Registration

All participants must complete the official registration process to enroll in a course.
Registration alone does not guarantee a seat in the course.
Your registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

2. Course Fees

The fee for each course is WST $400 per day, per course.
All fees are quoted in Samoan Tala (WST) unless stated otherwise.
Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date.

3. Payment Policy

Payment instructions will be provided upon registration.
Seats are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Failure to make payment may result in your registration being cancelled without notice.

4. Attendance and Conduct

Participants are expected to attend all sessions and behave professionally.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued only to participants who:
- Attend the required sessions
- Complete any required assessments (if applicable)

6. Acceptance

By ticking the checkbox during registration, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood these terms and conditions; and agree to be bound by them.
